Mr. Rapillo represents victims who have suffered serious injuries or losses in personal injury and wrongful death cases involving all types of vehicle accidents, pedestrian and bicycle accidents,  workplace injuries, and premises liability cases including dog bite and animal attacks, slip / trip and fall, hot tub, pool and drowning accidents.

His Orange County personal injury law practice is dedicated to representing the rights of accident and injury victims and helping them to recover from their losses.

He has continuously practiced law in Southern California since 1978, representing thousands of claimants and plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

Education

John Rapillo graduated from San Diego State University in 1974, and from California Western School of Law ( San Diego) in 1978.

Memberships and Accomplishments

Mr. Rapillo is a member of the California State Bar and the Central and Southern Districts of the United States Federal District Courts. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of California, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.

Mr. Rapillo is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and served as Vice President of the organization. He has served as a mediator and arbitrator on personal injury cases since the mid-1980′s, and has mentored other attorneys in handling of cases.

Mr. Rapillo has been awarded the highest “AV” rating by the respected Martindale-Hubble organization, and enjoys respect and an impeccable reputation among his peers and clients.

John Rapillo resides in Newport Beach with his wife, Katrina, and their children, Amy and Jack.  Mr. Rapillo’s free time is spent with his family and, on occasion, at the golf course.
