What To Do If You Slip and Fall
How to Document Evidence to Prove Your Slip and Fall Accident Case
Preparing a case for slip and fall and trip and fall accidents can be challenging for many reasons. Insurance companies will try to prove the accident victim was partially at fault, or completely at fault to avoid settling on slip and fall accident claims. To get the best settlement in slip and fall accidents, your attorney must establish that the owner of the property was negligent in some way, or could have reasonably known about a potential hazard and had failed to correct it.
